With extensive experience garnered from public and private-sector organizations, our founders brought together their expertise in microfinance, retail agricultural banking, MSME and rural lending, policy advocacy, regulatory compliance, credit rating, and business risk analysis. This diverse skill set laid the foundation for Finsigma's mission to foster economic growth, enhance livelihoods, and create a better future for individuals and businesses in underserved areas through transparent and affordable financial solutions.
Our core purpose lies in driving financial inclusion, by uplifting and empowering families, women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), residing in rural, semi-urban, and urban areas where financial institutions are unable to offer services viz micro-loans directly. Additionally, we facilitate loans for the owners of small businesses in underserved locations, as often banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions do not have the bandwidth to access them.
